I'm working on Jamaica and found this 83 with a diamond hole pattern in it. Having recently done Hungary I know they issued stamps with a three-hole pattern, but I haven't found anything about Jamaican stamps with holes. Can anyone tell me what they were for? Thanks! - Troy
