Postcards Sent From The Italian Social Republic To Stampfl Austria 1944 & 1945

Two interesting postcards with stamps from the Italian Socialist Republic (Bolzano-Bozen Province) to Stampfl Austria.

I am uncertain on the language of the handwritten notes (German?)

Wiki lists several languages for Austria including German and Austro-Bavarian. Maybe there is an expert translator lurking on SCF? (I tried Google translate but was unsuccessful)

The daffodils are beautiful and so is the landscape
(but I cannot understand the blank space on the right margin. What is this for?)

Hopefully some translations will shed some light on the purpose of the card and context.

Please share your thoughts and insights.

The post card was sent to Vandoies di Sotto (Unter Vintl) Pustertal
Bolzano (South Tirol) Italy.
South Tirol was part of Austria until the end of the first
world war when it was handed over to Italy by the Allies.

Austrians actually read,write and speak German although
with a dialect.

The PC appears to be addressed to a Freulein(Miss)Hammy Webhofer
who lives with family Stampfl

The 1944 PC is written in normal German script
but the 1945 one is written in Kurrent/Sütterlin
which is a German script no longer in use.

Das Verschieben auf Mitte Juni ist mir recht, sogar lieber, besonders auf die Samstag-Überraschung hinauf.
Putting it off until mid-June is fine with me, even better, especially until the Saturday surprise.
Für mich Alles gut abgelaufen. Bin zufäligerweise schon am Samstag um 10 Uhr vom Bozen weg.
Everything went well for me. Coincidentally, was away from Bolzano as early as Saturday 10 clock.
War während der Geschichte in Eppan und bin erst heute fruh wieder zurückgekommen.

It is interesting to note that stamps of the Italian Social (not Socialist) Republic were in use in Bolzano as late as July 31, 1945.

The blank space on the right margin of the landscape reproduction is there just because the artwork failed to cover the full space available.

Turtle - it's "Social" republic, not "Socialist" - nothing socialist about Salo!
