Assistance: Turkish Travails

Greetings.

Spent last Sunday afternoon working through a pile of Turkey BOB, charity, and overprints. My primary resource has been the Scott catalog. Which based on earlier discussion of classic Turkish stamps occurring on SCF must conclude is woefully inadequate.

Two recently discovered online resources: very informative site belonging to renown philatelist Bill Seymour (specific to Turkish "charity" stamps/labels) and website belonging to yanstan.com.

So, at the end of my Sunday afternoon was left with one remaining unknown. Any ideas?
