Hello, I have I believe an old France Ceres stamps , I have two and one is slightly larger then the other , can anyone help with identifying and also value, I have attached 2 pictures in 1200dpi scans. thank you

Both look like Yvert 60C of 1874. CV €2. As with your Napoleon III, these are both damaged, so pretty much valueless. Sorry!

60C? why do they say 25C , and damaged as in previously used?

They are Type III stamps (small blue dots in the upper right flower petals and one dot in the left flower (left petal) (scarce mint only)

60C is the number in the Yvert catalogue of French stamps - the "C" refers to the fact that this is the third type, as perf mentions. They're damaged because the perforations have been cut on two sides in each case.

the stamp I understand is used and previously hinged but this site describes the perforations as a error variation not as damage correct?

They're damaged because they've been cut with scissors. An example of a perforation variation would be a different perforation from the standard one for the stamp.
