I just came across this.

The stamp has 11 3/4 perf. on bottom.
Watermark is 182 Type 1

What do you think?

1. Which 95b? A 95b is also listed with the same watermark under the later 1891-93 issues. It is noted as an 1892 issue and is priced. That has perfs measuring 11-1/2 x 11. Scott is badly mixed up.
1a. Michel lists the first issue as perf 11-3/4. An old Kottelat catalog agrees and also says there should be 14 vertical perf teeth, though 14 vertical perf teeth is also given for the perf 11-1/2 x 12 stamps.
2. Collectors normally perf all sides of a stamp. You will find the sides are not perf 11-3/4. Please check this.
3. The top of the stamp does not measure perf 11-3/4. It also looks reperfed at first glance.

As mentioned the vertical perfs are also important in these issues.looks like a later issue.

Most experts and advance collectors only collect to ZUMSTEIN . Here is a page I added to my collection and noted Scott numbers to Zumstein .As HY-BRASIL stated Scott's is seriously lacking

Thank you everyone for your reply. I am so grateful for this forum. There is nothing like it, with such an active user base. I guess this is not a 95b, but I will keep it labeled as such, so I can come back and take a closer look.
Thanks alot.

For future reference, the 2 stamps I have from the issue measure perf 11-3/4 exactly.
