Your stamp is likely Scott catalogue #374 , printed by the billions around 1910-1911. That's billion with a b, so no real value whatsoever, even if it wasn't damaged which your copy is most definitely. The tiniest tear or even folded or missing teeth (perforations) can greatly decimate any stamps value to near zero.
The Scott "catalogue value" for your stamp is listed at the minimum $ .25 but no dealer would give you even one cent for it . There were, as I mentioned, before, literally billions and billions printed and mostly used I could send you a few undamaged specimens of not only that one, but others from the same set. Wouldn't cost you a dime, and I wouldn't be out anything. Been collecting over forty years just confirming the above opinions. We're generally a decent honest group, us stamp collectors!
