I have found in a bundle I bought a whole page of Canada 2c Admiral Scott 106. They all have a crcular cancel with the letters "The G.W.P.L. Co Victoria". I assume they are Bank cancels, or fiscal cancels, but no amount of googling can find any trace of GWPL. I can guess it is Great Western, but then......Public Library ? Private limited Company ?

Can anyone help ? Secondly, does anyone collect these ?
