Thats as far as I can go, the Types confuse me, and the condition of this stamp is not very good. Any thoughts? Someone removed the others - and very poorly....

Is this worth sending to be evaluated?

Looks like a Type V to me from what I can see. Others will weigh in on this. A bigger image of the stamp alone would be useful.

No, it's not worth sending for expertization.

Yes, Scott #24, Type V, common stamp in sketchy condition. I agree with hy--no reason to have this expertized.

Sadly there were at least 3 on the cover paying the city to city rate. Would have been a much better cover with all 3 intact.
