Ikeypikey, to me it appeared obvious almost right away, being dipped. I love watching commercials on tv with hidden puns in them so it was easy.

Rod222's cartoon appears that it may have had criminal intentions, according to the officer. Obviously that snowman feels bad about his snobuddy though by the frown on his face.

It actually says "Many Greetings or Kind Regards From Berlin!"
