Was at the stamp club tonight and picked up a couple items..Was wondering if this is classified as a Scott 407xx (mint) pre cancelled paste up strip...?

See below..




Also picked up (cheaply) this Scott 131iv Toronto experimental coil from Jul. 1918...Nice little stamp.

That would be an end pair with four tabs.

A paste-up strip would have the "paste-up" between two pairs (ideally) of stamps.
