I was not sure whether to tack this on to an older post or create a new one. Perhaps a moderator could weigh in.

I recently bought a 369 at auction without a cert. Photos are below. Is it definitive either way, or should I send it in for a cert and if so which one?

Thanks

367 on the left, potential 369 on the right
one other thing, there appears to be almost a set of initials in bottom right of the stamp as seen from the reverse. Anybody recognize?

I would send it in. It looks like bluish paper to me. I would add that it appears to be regummed.

If you are going to check for re gummed, look at the inside of the perf holes..If you see gum in there, than you can be assured it has been re gummed..
