I have been unable to find the stamp below in a catalog for Russia or related satellites. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

The stamp is the middle value in the set of 5 issued in 1892,there is a 2k,5k,this 10k, 25k,and a 50k issues. This theatre tax was collected by the Household of the Empress Maria Feodorovna,and used for the benefit of poor children .
