Must admit that I don't really collect US stamps, but somehow I was drawn to bid and win this stamp in a strange way that I can't explain. Perhaps the overhype of the inverted Jenny has somehow made the upright Jenny all the more attractive to own. I believe we all have certain things that we do that we just don't know why, this is one of those situations for me.

It is an attractive, nicely engraved stamp.

By the way, is that "flat-ish" front tire a variety?

Not sure about the tyre, but the blue centre seems to be shifted upwards slightly.

The centering within the border might be a little off, but those margins and perforations are gorgeous. Much nicer than mine.

Here's one of my C3's. I think I crossed the finish line just ahead of yours!

Stampman, your blue is shifted left, no upward shift. Nice centering for yours.
