Is This A Rare Color For #147 ?

I have not seen any 147 stamps in this color is it rare ?
Most of these appear to be green, and the color appears to be that of the previous edition of 3 cent stamps from earlier 1800's. None of the listings in my scott catalog show this in anything but green.

Try Scott 214 in "vermillion". It is less-common than its green brothers, no doubt because it was issued in 1887 after the letter rate went down to 2 cents in 1883, thus few uses for it. Here it is on a cover overpaid by 1 cent:
