Mystic Stamp 2018 Commemoratives

I just received the latest Mystic Stamp mailer. I usually don't buy any stamps from them, because prices, in the past, have been too expensive.

Today I decided to do some comparison shopping. I matched the 2018 commemoratives they were selling against an ebay search.

Mystic was either the same price, or slightly cheaper (by about 5 cents) that what I am finding on ebay.

I haven't looked at Mystic pricing in years. Have they adjusted their pricing to be more realistic?

For the special offer mailers, the prices have been close to reasonable.

However prices are still high on web site. My benchmark stamp is Scott 1053. Mystic wants $90 for a mint copy and $58 unused with small faults. Ouch.

I use Mystic as a matter of convenience. Their offerings for the commemorative and regular stamps match up perfectly with their Mystic album. Hence the convenience. Also the high value, ducks, and souvenir stamps. But for those I look elsewhere like the post office and then use Mystic as a last resort.
