I am pretty sure this is Russia number 138 but have not been able to identify what appears to be a five or six line overprint. Very nice MNH stamp. Any help greatly appreciated.

Check Russia Offices in Turkey, in Scott under "Wrangel Issues' (#232- #281). I am clueless on any possible overprint forgeries but would be leery.

Thanks Don: Pretty sure you nailed it. Looks to me like Scott 260.

SforgeCA - Thanks for the post of the plate. I am still trying to figure out if mine is a forgery. The overprint is not that bold but it appears to be the 3 narrow zeros my "M" however looks to be narrow on the left leg and your post looks to be centered. Would you agree that I have a forgery?
Thanks
Paul

Without seeing the stamp - 99% forgery - one of the better ones
0s all same width, leg of M offset, 2 has straight bottom, 2nd C more closed, top section of P is wider,
