Washington 3 Cent Question

Hi everyone
My name is Theuns and I'm from Cape Town. This is my first stamp forum post - I usually hang out on the coin forum.

An acquaintance of mine has quite a large collection of stamps, some of which he believes to be worth keeping. I am not a stamp expert, but I suggested that we post some pics and questions to this forum, where all the clever people hang out.

This Washington 3 cent has some valuable variations, but is this one of them? It seems to have been folded.

Any help would be appreciated.

The crease is considered a fault, the stamp also has other faults which impact value. In terms of variations, you can learn more here

This stamp was one of the workhorse denominations with billions printed and the one shown above was one of those.
