When I was a kid, I started collecting QSL verification cards from overseas shortwave stations. One of my early quests was verification of Radio Australia. However, there was a problem. I sent reception details to Radio Australia and their staff kindly sent me this aerogramme to explain I had presented information confirming reception of the Australian Broadcasting Commission station in Perth. RA staff took the time to forward my request for a QSL to Perth, and the staff at ABC Perth confirmed my reception report and sent the ABC Perth QSL card. It was an amazingly generous gesture and I later correctly identified a RA broadcast and received their QSL card with a Kookaburra bird photograph on the back side!
