I googled Sverige statsbanor brefkort and found a few.
It looks that there are in general two color shades more yellowish like yours and more grey.
Some examples have 18.. for the year, but also 188. exists.
A example of 1907 that I found has the same form number 356 but a different layout.
I presume they were used to inform recipients that their goods have arrived at the train station to be collected.
Shown is a simular type of card used in the Netherlands.
