For those who may be interested in abnormal oddities associated with stamps..Blow are a couple of my stamps showing things that may or may not be on these stamps.

Here is a proof of the Scott 13.

Take a look at the arrows on this proof and stamps...There is lines at 17.1 degree angle going from Queen Victoria's necklace to her ear rings.

Here is a normal Scott 8 Nova Scotia stamp.

Below are lines on the top left scrolling of these stamps.

Very interesting marks on these stamps.
Robert

Do you believe the scratch on Scott 8 exists on all stamps? I have a quantity of them in full and half sheets and would be willing to review them for this mark to confirm whether or not it exists on all of them. So far I've taken a quick look at a block of six and found this mark on all six.

Bingo gettinold..That is the question to ask....If it is constant on ALL Scott 8's, then that part of the post is no longer needed to investigated.

Thanks for your help gettinold,if you can prove with others if it is part of the design.

I looked at hundreds. It appears to be a constant to varying degrees depending on inking. I did find at position 80 on six sheets this variation:

Compared to position 90:

Looks like someone fell asleep on the job at position 80.
