I really need some help with this stamp. I dont know is it good find or not.

First, this design is only for a perforated stamp. So at minimum, the perfs have been cut off with the stamp having very little value.

However, this has the look of a forgery. The genuine stamp is engraved. You can see that with a magnifying glass, the printed parts are raised above the surface of the paper.
