Are 1623a (9 and 13 cent) and 1893a (6 and 18 cent) the only US examples of adjacently-printed, non-souvenir-sheet stamps of different values? Both are booklet panes. I can't think of any non-booklets.
Of souvenir sheets, the there are the 5 from 1992's The Voyages of Columbus, and 2006's World Philatelic Exhibition, and probably others I'm forgetting at the moment.
I presume you are excluding errors, but if not, there would be the 2c/5c carmine errors in perf 10, imperforate and perf 11 (Scott 467, 485 and 505). (This is not meant to be cheeky, just complete.)
