I found this stamp in a space for C1. But it has "65" in the lower left circle instead of "RF." I don't see this in my Scott Classic catalog. Can anyone ID it? Thanks! - Troy

Like most of the Vichy issues for the Colonies, these would have been available in France, but not in the territory for which they were supposedly designed.

You can distinguish the Vichy issues for the colonies by the absence of the "RF" on the stamp. And that you typically find them only unused.
