I have seen a couple of ebay listings for this stamp, the OHMS 4 hole 17 cent Special Delivery where some of the perforations are not cleanly cut through the paper. I have a small collection of both 4 and 5 hole OHMS issues and have not seen any stamp where the perforations don't cleanly go through the stamp. Could this mean the listed stamps are fraudulent? This is an expensive stamp and might be worth the effort trying to fake.

NBSTAMPER...I have hundreds of O.H.M.S. 4 hole stamps that are not perforated completely through...A normal thing.
