Hello! I am new here, and still can't figure out how to post a pic that fits under 200KB. So I can only describe the item. I have a PRC souvenir sheet from the 1962 Mei Lan-fang issue, BUT it is not the sheet listed in Scott. It contains #620 625 626 and 627 as well as a UPU label. It is also cancelled CTO with a diagonal line at the corner of each stamp. Can anyone help? Thanks, Bill

Maybe Scott 628? I don't have a copy of it to share but if you have it I'm happy for you.

On the page that allows you to upload images, used the Free Image Optimizer and follow the instructions.

What you have is probably not a postally valid post office production. But we'll see what this is when you post the image.

This one is not a stamp. It is just some sheet printed by a local post office to memorize the world postal day "May 9th" (no year was specified, but the brush art on the left was written in 1988). The diagonal bar indicates that it is not a postage stamp. It's worth very little if not nothing.
