Big Blue Mistake On 1928 Spain Semipostal?

Because of the currency (5 Pts) in the illustration, wouldn't this be B89? But where the illustration is placed, B78 (5 cts) seems the sensible stamp to put here. Would I be correct in assuming it's just the wrong illustration for this space? Thanks! - Troy

Maybe just the wrong picture. It shows the 5P stamp and
it should be the 5c stamp ? Is that what you think ?

A mistake in the Big Blue? That is hard to believe :)

Out of curiosity, I checked the relevant volume of the Brown (in this case Volume 3) as the Browns are sometimes (often?) the source for what was then the Junior. Although the Brown, unlike the Blue, has a space for every value in the 1928 series, there is only one illustration and it is the 5 Pts. My guess is rather than creating a new and appropriate illustration for the Blue, Scott just lifted the cut from the Brown even though the Blue doesn't have any of the Pts. values.

Here are the two values being discussed there are two separate sets ,as you can see in one set the colors are close in the 5cts and the 5pts.
