It is a cut out from a postal stationery so you will not find a Scott number for it.

Don is correct and I believe your stamp is from a postal card UX65, but without the stamp in hand to see that it could be, I say could be UX68.

UX65 is George V, wert, so not that one. You are probably correct with UX68. That is 'light brown'. UX69 is called 'dark brown', so really depends which colour you think it is.
Don look in the lower corners of the stamp, you should find a date 19-38 or 19-43
