Thank you for the suggestion. I was able to find an example on Postalhistory.com. No catalog number referenced on the site. They had multiple examples of the surcharged card dating back as early as 1910. This image is from Postalhistory.com:

I wish the person who turned the card into a cut square hadn't done so. The text on the reverse is in Chinese. The original card may have had additional postmarks if mailed from China.
