ebay seller has as plethora of stamp sheets available at a fixed Buy It Now price but without a best offer option. When I messaged the seller, he replied and said he would entertain a lower price if I purchased multiple sheets.
What is the best way logistically for the buyer and seller to engage in a transaction like this? Should I message the seller and tell him my offer for the specific sheets I am interested in and then will he be able to send me a private offer that includes all the sheets I am interested in plus one shipping price?
