Scott 163 with vertical ribbed paper. Unlike other Continental Bank Note Company printings, fine lines in the corner triangles are clear. This may account for someone misidentifying the stamp as a Scott 152, printed by the National Bank Note Company.
Thanks! Am I correct that you are referring to the section between the two arrows. In some 163s I have that area looks white. On this one I can see some very fine lines in there.
