This copy has disturbed original gum, and various faults including creases and a piece or two missing at the bottom.
This copy appears to have been actually used to seal an envelope, but someone decided to peel it off instead of leaving it attached.
The current (2019) Scott catalog value is $225.00 (in italics). Used post office seals are sometimes scarcer than unused examples.
