Has anyone run across these stamps with a perf of 13 x 12-1/2 instead of 11-1/2 or 12-1/2?.

I only have perf. 12-1/2 in my collection. Are you sure perf. 13 x 12-1/2 isn't just a sloppy 12-1/2?

Robert

They're definitely not 12-1/2, after careful look this time I would call them 12-3/4. They do have some hanging chads and short perfs, but I would still have to say 12-3/4 perf. I do have 2 other denominations that are 12-1/2.
