US Stamp 4c Washington Error Cancel "Cananda"

So I was going through some of my odd cancel stamp, and this has always been a mystery to me. As far as I know, there is no place called "CANANDA" lol, so I was wondering if anyone had ever seen one of these and if it has any special value. I figured this would be the best place to post it. Thinking about selling on ebay, just don't know how much, causeI know the actual stamp doesn't have much value.
