One week from today, on July 27, 2019, you could win the 3 cent first issue revenue stamp that is shown below.

This copy is centered very good or better, and has a black manuscript cancel. It has some short perforations at the bottom, but is otherwise sound.

The current (2019) Scott catalog value is $200.00.

To be placed into the drawing for this stamp, just post "enter me" (or equivalent).

The stamp will be sent via a regular, non-insured method, anywhere on the planet Earth, for free.

BTW, you introduced the stamps as first issues. Are they first of their face values?
