This rejoined pair was reasonably well trimmed at the left and the right, and maybe at the top as well. But apparently the scissors got misplaced when it came to the bottom margin, and the separation between the stamps. There is also a small thin and maybe a light crease, in addition to the rough margins. There are hinges that hold the pair together.
The current (2019) Scott catalog value is $450.00.
