I've bought a fair amount of material on Delcampe, mainly Europe and Colonies. That said, I've rarely had competition to buy wanted items so I do wonder about the traffic. Still, some sellers have many thousands of feedbacks so for at least some sellers it is a good venue.
I have been selling on Declampe for nearly a year now and have had no problems, no listing fees and only a small % selling commission, unless you want to step up to the next level and that will cost you.
