I have three of these Souvenir Cards from 1965, 1966 and 1968.
The stamps are firmly affixed to the card.
Is this the way Canada Post issued them (to discourage reuse) or is this the product of an over-eager collector?

Experienced stamps need a home too. I'd rather have an example that is imperfect than no example.
