Is your strip of 5 engraved? It does not appear to be, plus the print is rather poor (see top frame). If it is not, it's not a proof of the stamp issue.

Looking closer they look like a strip of perfed stamps.Or the perfs are printed ?

How can I post a larger scan given the 200 kb limit? The images are definitely not engraved. The paper feels a little slick. The image quality is definitely poor.
