My computer does not like that file ?
Downloads at 10.9 Mb
Unable to open, tried several times.

There is something majorly wrong with that PDF. Even after it is done downloading (it's only an 11MB file size), opening and rendering the pages takes forever, even on a high-end workstation. |

File on my computer shows 11Mb
Click to open, I just get a black page....Given up.

The second link worked for me. I'd gone on the Siegel website yesterday and used their link. Wasn't able to open their file either. Your most recent link opened a 12 page PDF. 6 of the 12 pages were blank. |
