This is in a glassine numbered "71". But I cannot figure out the country. I spent at least 15 minutes and am certain one of you guys will have it in 15 seconds. Glad I am not one of the guys at the bottom with rocks raining down on me. Any help greatly appreciated. Paul
As Calstamp advised, battle of Shipka Pass... When I was beginning, they confused me also, I began to recognise Bulgaria by recalling the cyrillic began with "6Z" or what it looked like to me.
I know this type of post has been made before but - it is something that cannot be said too much! The expertise and willingness to share from the moderators to the membership is deeply appreciated. I still feel very much like a newbie compared to the dedication from members who have 10's of thousands of responses. To ALL those who contribute - THANK YOU!!!!
