6 Canadian Stamp Books (1995, 1996, 1998, 2003, 2004, 2007)

I picked up these 6 books from a thrift store and I'm wondering if they hold any value. I understand they contain every stamp released from that year. Just wondering if I were to re-sell them, would I do better removing the stamps and selling them separately, selling as a book or just using the stamps when I mail?

I also have the chance to get 7 more of the 2007 books.

I guess my final question is what could I expect resale wise per book. Is one book more valuable than the other?

Hello. Here, the assumption would be around 40-50% of the face value of the stamps within. I suspect it's similar in Canada. I use this sort of stuff for sending out ebay lots - saves money on postage and avoids queues at the post office.

Just bought similar at auction. Paid 37% of face. With 18% buyers fee and 15% HST for Nova Scotia it came to 50% total of face. Great postage at half cost if you don't mind sticking on a couple of stamps.

I only found one dealer which is selling three annual Collections as follows:
1981 catalogue $30.00 asking $24.95
1982 catalogue $45.00 asking $37.50
2000 catalogue $85.00 asking $69.95

None of the above answers your query to leave as is or to sell stamps separately as I couldn't find any 'SOLD" values.
