Picked up a 1958 stamp album at a flea market last year to display the page with the 1939 baseball stamp. Finally decided to look at some of the other stamps, and it seems as though these two are the closest to anything that could be considered out of the ordinary.
Would welcome any thoughts you could offer -- thanks!

What is "the ordinary" these are out of? They look pretty ordinary to me; the 1c with straightedge bottom, and the 3c wreck with perfs trimmed off the top. They were probably left in the album for a reason.

I'm afraid neither of those are anything special, and from a philatelic perspective, the 3-cent George Washington is pretty beat up rendering it as a 'space filler.'

Just out of curiosity, what did you do with the baseball stamp page, when you say 'display?' Frame it?

Thanks again to all.

To answer the question about how it's displayed -- I've had the album open to the 1939 BB stamp page on a small printer's table.

Sayhey24,

How about a picture of that album?

Looks like a nice clean album. Sorry the early ones are not valuable.
