Hi stamperix. Stamp smarter is my go to source
For the Washington's like this. I did use this before I posted the question. Just wondering I am on the right track

Apparently all 491's are printed on a slightly yellowish paper. A stamp expert told me this.
What are your thoughts?

Thank you.

Nano - Identify the type. How many lines in the scroll ends? Does the upper right berry have a V shape?

Hint: This is not a 491.

As I responded to your previous post, please explain your process, in detail, as to how you conclude what the stamp is. To better help you to help yourself, knowing where you're making mistakes helps those trying to help you.
