Hi I've been sorting my Washington stamps and have come across 1 that is larger than all the others I wondered if anyone has a clue why thank you in advance

your stamp is a Scott 213 circa 1887. perforation quality control was an issue back then. you shold also check out the stampsmarter.com website.
