Hello all
After a long decision I have decided to post this here for final questioning. I came across what I believe to be a perf 11 SL watermark 461. I know it's not in great condition and not centered too nearly, but I think it still would be a great find!
Let me know what you all think. Thank you all for the help

If you could crop the photo to the edges of the stamp it would provide more detail. Can I ask what brought you to the conclusion of 461?
