Is This Scott #530? Doesn't Look Quite Right To Me.

I'm having trouble positively ID'ing this stamp. I think it's Scott 530, but it looks a little off. It is perf 11, no watermark. The toga line and PO of Postage look right for 530, but the toga button doesnt look right. And to me the overall look of the stamp seems rougher than other offset stamps of this type. The impression just isn't as clear as usual and the paper seems coarser. It almost makes me think this is some sort of counterfeit stamp perhaps? Any help is appreciated!

I think you ID'd it fine, it appears authentic, but overinked, so a bit coarser than usual.
