Hi folks,
I need some help identifying the stamp below. I thought it might be a back of book Turkey revenue but I could not find it in Scott's. I am not sure if this is pre or post 1940 so please feel free to move if I am in the wrong location.

It's too bad they aren't postal definitives. Would be right up my alley. Plain, utilitarian workhorses.
