Excellent. Please post the results. You would not believe how many times people say they are going to get a cert, then never come back. The assumption is that it didn't end up the way they hoped. It is always good to hear back one way or the other. Good luck again.

Literally hundreds of threads and I cannot recall any where the community was wrong and the certification came back as a rarity.

A lot of people have saved money by listening to the experts here. This is not a 106. It is a 68 (or possibly 68a). It is worth about $1 due to the condition. It's understandable, if you don't know this community that you might not trust it, but actually the expertise here is top notch. Good luck.

Pklee355, You have received responses here from multiple collectors with many decades of experience. When they say your stamp is not a certain item, they know what they are talking about. I agree with them. When you have wasted your money and get your stamp back from a certification service and they say the same, will you believe them or just shrug off their knowledge also? I am willing to put my money where my mouth is ... if you get a cert for this stamp as a 106, I will personally travel to your city buy you a steak dinner at a restaurant of your choice. Would you match that? I see no chance of me losing. Get my point?
