1863 Austria Cover Sc# 24 MI #32 ?

Hello, I think the stamp is the 1863 Austria Sc#24 5k perf 9 1/2. Is this correct? Secondly, I just want to make sure I am reading the word at the bottom of the pest cancel as being Abend. It translates to Eve which makes sense but I just want to be sure.
