Guangdong Zhongshan Monument Stamp Tax - The Republic of China Zhongshan Monument stamp is a stamp printed in June 1931 in Guangdong and Guangxi. It was issued by the Guangzhou National Government established by Wang Jingwei. Used until the end of 1931. Currently only used in Guangdong and Guangxi. A total of 5 face values.
